AryxSoft. Eric’s Software. That’s what this is. I am a programmer, project manager, and all around techie who works for a global company in the beverage industry. I also love to code – when I can. This project started when I went looking for some software to keep all of the passwords I maintain in one easy to find place. Since many of my passwords are for work, and many are for personal purposes, I wanted to carry my data back and forth – but I didn’t trust Internet-based applications, nor browsers – which I believe are too high of a risk for compromise. The windows-based apps didn’t really suit what I was looking for, so I wrote my own. Soon, several friends started using it as well, and found it very useful. So, I thought I’d put out on the Web for others to use as well.
I chose the Freeware / Donationware approach since I cannot provide the amount of time needed to provide the level of support needed for paid software. Therefore, support is limited to an “as I can” basis. However, as I mentioned, I love the challenge of coding, and will be happy to get any feedback from users and fix any bugs that may wiggle to the surface.
